Overseas guests can use email to make reservations.
Read cancellation policy below before you call
Rates:
$200 per night for 1-2 persons
$10 for each additional person, including children
(10% Tulare County Transient Occupancy Tax will be added)
$50 cleaning fee per reservation
VISA, MC, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
Reservation requirements:
Two night minimum stay required,
three night minimum on holiday weekends,
three night minimum at Thanksgiving (four nights preferred)
three night minimum for Christmas, New Year’s
I do encourage you to stay three nights, if possible, as it gives you two full days to visit the Park and have time to take some good walks and sit under the Big Trees. This Park is geographically quite large and having one day to see it is just way too brief.
Check in / check out times:
Check in is any time after 4 pm. Check out is 11 am.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully so you will be fully informed.
Half of the total reservation amount is required for a deposit on VISA, MC, Discover or American Express. The second half will be charged to your credit fourteen days in advance of your arrival date. No refund or credit, except refund of cleaning fee, will apply if you cancel on or after fourteen days in advance. If you cancel before fourteen days in advance, deposit will be applied as a credit for another reservation time, which must be used within twelve months. One re-scheduling is allowed per deposit hold. Deposit credit cannot be used for any holidays.
Smoking is discouraged and permitted on outside deck only.
No pets are accepted. The cottage is kept dander free.
The cottage has two beds, a queen bed and a fold down futon couch, and essentially sleeps four adults; it can accommodate two adults and three small children.
A detailed map with directions will be sent with your reservation confirmation. The Cottage is located one mile off Highway 198. It may not always show up correctly plotted on gps maps.
